At Surplus Stock Shop, we aim to make your order delivery simple, reliable, and convenient. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
UK Shipping
We currently offer shipping to addresses located within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not currently available. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom cannot be fulfilled.
Processing Time
After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we generally require 2–3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Processing includes checking, packing, and preparing your items for dispatch.
Orders are not normally processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation by email containing relevant delivery information.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
Delivery Address
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel where required. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions regarding collection or another delivery attempt.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected 5–8 business day timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can help investigate the delivery status.
When contacting us about an order, please provide your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Changes to Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
